Can I just walk in?
Yes, between 10:00 and 12:00 Tuesday to Friday. Those slots are deliberately left unbooked. Saturdays and all weekday afternoons run on requested chairs only, because a walk-in in the middle of a booked run pushes everyone after it back.
How far ahead should I request a Saturday chair?
Send the request by Wednesday for the Saturday you want. Saturday is eight hours against two chairs, so it fills first. If both barbers are full we will offer you the nearest Friday evening slot rather than leave the request sitting.
What happens if I am running late?
Up to ten minutes and we will still do the full service. Beyond that we will cut what fits cleanly into the time left, usually the cut without the wash, and charge the lower price. We would rather shorten the service than rush the finish.
Can I ask for a specific barber?
Always. Name Rafe or Ines on the booking request and we will only offer you days that barber is in. If you have no preference, say so — it usually gets you a slot one or two days sooner.
I do not know what to ask for. Is that a problem?
No, and you do not need the right words for it. Bring a photo if you have one, or just tell us how often you want to come back and how much effort you are willing to put in each morning. The first five minutes of the appointment exists for exactly this.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Yes. Under-fourteens get a thirty-minute slot at a lower price, dry by default, and a first cut gets a full thirty minutes so nobody is hurried. Morning slots are quieter and tend to go better for younger children.
What is actually included in the price?
Consultation, wash, cut, razor lines, hot towel and the dry finish — all of it is in the number on the price list. Nothing on this page is an add-on in disguise, and we do not price styling product into the service.
Can I move or cancel a requested chair?
Reply to the confirmation email and we will move it, no charge and no questions. There is no deposit to lose. If you cannot make it at all, telling us the evening before means the slot goes back on the walk-in board for someone else.
